To install VDrift on Linux you must first install these dependencies:
To compile VDrift on Linux the header files for these libraries are also required. They are usually found in "-dev" packages, consult your distristribution's documentation for this.
Current SVN version
For the latest version the OpenAL and ALUT dependencies has been removed. In its place you will need SDL-sound and Vorbis. Also, the Bullet Physics Library is required. It's recommended that you use the bullet distribution included in the VDrift release.
